Returns & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE MADE FINAL AFTER PURCHASE.
Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged on arrival or the wrong item was sent. Damaged claims will be accepted within 15 business days from the shipped date. Damaged returns will be issued a store credit. We do not issue refunds in any case. Every RA will be resolved, case by case.
About Returns & Exchanges
- Please check and count goods immediately. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. No returns accepted after that period. Store credit will be given for all returned merchandise. We will not refund money in any case.
Please note: All returned items MUST be in their original purchase condition; including the original product packaging and labels.
In order to submit a new claim, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Company name
- Reason for return
- Photo of damaged item(s)
Once we received your claim, you will receive a confirmation with a RA (Return Authorization) number.
The RA number MUST be written on the original packing before sending the package back.
***RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.***
RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.), UPS or FedEx.
Authorized RA# must show on the outside of return box or on return label. Upon
receipt of box, it will be processed within 5 business days, except holidays.

All refunds will be credited to your original credit card that was used. We may ask
for further information to make sure that the refund is issued correctly.
